A pipeline that fills itself.
We build automated outbound systems for B2B companies: researching prospects, writing personalized cold emails, and booking discovery calls. No full-time SDR required. No mass-blast spam. Just consistent, targeted outreach that runs while you focus on closing.

Two different problems. Two different solutions.
Most of our work is inbound AI agents for home service businesses. This is different. It's outbound automation for B2B companies that need to generate their own pipeline.
Service businesses (inbound)
HVAC, plumbing, roofing. The problem is missed inbound calls: a lead finds you on Google and you don't answer fast enough. The fix is an AI agent on the receiving end.
AI Agents →B2B companies (outbound)
Agencies, SaaS, consultancies, professional services. The problem is pipeline: you need to find and contact the right people before they find you. The fix is automated outbound.
From target list to booked call, fully automated.
- [01]
Build the target list
We define your ideal customer profile: industry, company size, title, geography, tech stack, or any other signal. Then we source a verified list of matching contacts using enrichment tools, not scraped junk.
- [02]
Research each prospect
The AI researches each company before writing a single word. Recent news, funding rounds, job postings, product changes: anything that makes the first line of an email feel like it was written by someone who did their homework.
- [03]
Write personalized outreach
Not mail-merge. Each email is generated from the research, so the opening line is unique. Subject line, body, and CTA are all tuned for your offer. Reads like a human wrote it, because the structure was designed by one.
- [04]
Send and follow up automatically
A multi-touch sequence fires over 2–3 weeks: initial email, two follow-ups, and a break-up message. Replies, bounces, and out-of-office responses are handled. Interested leads get flagged and routed to you immediately.
- [05]
Qualify and book
Replies that show interest trigger an AI follow-up that asks one or two qualifying questions about budget, timeline, and decision authority. If they pass, the sequence offers a calendar link and books the call directly.
- [06]
Report and improve
You get a weekly summary: emails sent, open rate, reply rate, meetings booked. We use that data to iterate the subject lines, openers, and offers that aren't pulling their weight.
What this looks like in practice.
Agencies & Consultancies
A marketing agency targeting e-commerce brands doing $2M–$20M in revenue. The system identifies brands running paid ads without an agency on record, researches their current performance, and sends a cold email referencing a specific gap.
SaaS & Software
A project management tool targeting construction companies with 10–50 employees. The system finds companies using a legacy competitor, researches the company's pain points, and opens with a direct comparison.
Professional Services
A CFO advisory firm targeting Series A startups that haven't yet hired a finance leader. The system monitors funding announcements, identifies the right contact, and reaches out within 48 hours of the round closing.
B2B Service Providers
A commercial cleaning company targeting office buildings in a specific zip code. The system identifies property managers, researches occupancy and tenant mix, and sends outreach timed to contract renewal windows.
Not a blast. A conversation that starts well.
Verified contacts
We use enrichment tools, not scraped lists. Every contact is verified before we write a single email.
Unique first lines
The AI researches each company and writes a personalized opener. Not 'Hi {first_name}' but an actual observation about their business.
Sending infrastructure
Secondary domain, proper DNS records, warm-up schedule. We protect your primary domain's deliverability.
Common questions.
- Is this legal? Will it get us flagged as spam?
- Yes, B2B cold email is legal under CAN-SPAM and GDPR when done correctly: business email to business contacts with a clear opt-out. We configure proper sending infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warm domains before use, and keep send volume within limits that avoid spam filters. We do not use scraped consumer lists.
- How is this different from just buying a list and blasting emails?
- Bought lists have 30–60% invalid addresses and zero personalization. Our system starts with verified contacts, researches each one before writing, and sends individualized first lines. Reply rates for blasted lists run 0.1–0.5%. Our sequences typically run 3–8%.
- Do I need a dedicated sending domain?
- Yes, and we set it up for you. Sending cold email from your primary domain risks damaging its deliverability. We provision a secondary domain (e.g., hello-yourcompany.com), configure the email infrastructure, and warm it before the first send.
- How long before I see meetings booked?
- Most campaigns book their first meeting in week 2–3, once the domain warm-up is complete and the first sequence has run. A mature campaign books 4–12 meetings per month depending on market size, offer, and list quality.
- Can this replace my SDR?
- It handles the top-of-funnel work a junior SDR would do: research, write, send, follow up, qualify. You or a closer still runs the actual discovery call. For companies that don't have an SDR yet, this is the right starting point. For companies with an SDR, it frees them to focus on warm leads and call prep.
