Romeo Golf Consultants is a one-person AI consulting firm in Clearwater, Florida. We build AI agents, custom websites, and workflow automations for service businesses in Tampa Bay, and increasingly beyond it.

I spent 15 years in sales, marketing, and business development. That was long enough to understand exactly what makes a lead go cold, why follow-up fails, and where businesses leak revenue they don't even know they're losing.
When I started building with AI, the first thing I noticed wasn't the technical capability. It was the fit. The problems AI solves best are exactly the problems that cost small service businesses the most: missed responses, slow follow-up, repetitive admin that no one has time to do well.
So I started building. First for my own lead flow, a qualification agent that handles the first conversation, weeds out bad fits, and books calls while I'm focused on other things. Then for clients who saw it in action and wanted the same thing for their business.

The agent on this site is the same one we'd deploy for a client. We don't pitch tools we haven't pressure-tested ourselves. If it's not on our own site, we don't sell it.
